Hm, but kvm_set_pending_timer() currently looks like:

void kvm_set_pending_timer(struct kvm_vcpu *vcpu)
{
	kvm_make_request(KVM_REQ_PENDING_TIMER, vcpu);
	kvm_vcpu_kick(vcpu);
}
