[Bug 197861] Shutting down a VM with Kernel 4.14 will sometime hang and a reboot is the only way to recover.

I've applied the suggested patch on the current branch but the patch didn't
apply somehow ... I had to change it manually so I guess it's the tabs that are
used for indentation and the spaces I copy/pasted from this BZ.   I couldn't
revert the commit using "git revert" so my guess here is that I'd have to go
back to before this commit, compile and retry to reproduce but we already know
it works according to the bisection so I was wondering if we still had to try
that ?  I tried checking out skbuff.c from the working 4.13.0 branch but the
kernel didn't compile because some functions were probably changed and the
validation failed at the end.
