No high CPU usage on Linux guests.

What's the difference w/ and w/o the patchset?

Following patch series are applied (in order):

* kvm: add halt_poll_ns module parameter
* KVM: make halt_poll_ns static
* KVM: Dynamic Halt-Polling v4


I will find a windows 10 x64 guest to figure out what happens tomorrow. Do you test other windows guest(like win7)? Btw, could you test v3 dynamic halt-polling(against windows 10 guest) which David gives the shrink/grow logic different with v4. Many thanks for your time, Peter! ;-)
