Host frequency from the moment the guest booted, since the guest does
not receive frequency change notifications.

Is it possible (or is it planned) to pass frequency to the guest (the one which is displayed in /proc/cpuinfo)?

Someone may feel disappointed to see his/her brand new virtual guest has a CPU with so few MHz advertised in /proc/cpuinfo.
