Hello everyone,

I'm using

kvm-83 on vanilla kernel 2.6.27.8


but I have some problems,
since guest freezes at boot time
(at very early stage since it does not print any message on the attached vnc)
and /var/log/messages sports the following error message:


kvm: 4982: cpu0 unhandled wrmsr: 0xc0010117 data 0

The virtual machine is started as follows:

/usr/local/bin/qemu-system-x86_64  -M pc -m 1024 -boot c -hda
/var/lib/libvirt/images/v10f.img -vnc :1
()
the same guest boots ok when using standard Fedora 10 kernel & kvm,
i.e. 2.6.27.9-159.fc10 & kvm-74

can I contribute to solve this issue?
