No I don't think so.
I just built Linus' master branch and RMK's master branch and both built just fine including kvm/arm without any issues.
Russell, can you share the commit and config that caused the build error? Commit 2b5e1e474fd7b0f2540a052d15465ba953dd30b1 should indeed take care of that issue.
