Hallo,I am master student in University of Paderborn, I am doing some research on real time analysis of linx kvm on arm. I would like to know one important information, am trying to add a real time patch into the host kernel.
Am using the manual given in the above wiki to add this patch. I have problem now, the latest real time patch developed is for linux version 3.6 ( we can see it the repository link http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/). The running kernel version is Linux 3.8.0-rc4+ armvl when i checked in the HOST for arm used here.
Can somebody suggest me an idea how to patch this with real prempt patch (can i use latest patch available that is 3.6) and move forward ? Hope someone will reply with proper
