I know of no ARM PCI controller both correctly modelled
by QEMU and implemented in the mainline kernel. (The
closest is the versatilepb pci controller, which is
currently both mismodelled in QEMU and totally broken
in the kernel, in such a way that they (maybe) work
together for some simple PCI devices, eg ones with
no I/O or DMA.)
