Actually I think we simply aren't using this ioctl in qemu
at the moment; we just have a small list of registers we "know" the
kernel supports and use KVM_GET/SET_MSRS. I only ran into this
bug when I was testing the qemu code I'm working on which drives
the get/set code programmatically from the qemu hashtable of cp
regs it knows about...
