ARMv6 sources

Hi all.

The sources that currently boots a guest and seems quite stable on the ARM
Fast Models can be found in the git repo linux-kvm-arm:
http://git.ncl.cs.columbia.edu/git/?p=linux-kvm-arm.git;a=summary

They are based on 2.6.32 and 2.6.33. These are the branches:

kvm-arm-2.6.32: Kvm patches Linus' kernel
kvm-arm-2.6.33: Kvm patches Linus' kernel
kvm-arm-2.6.33-arm: ARM ltd.'s 2.6.33 kernel with KVM patches (sorry about
the naming:)

Note, the above have not been tested on Andoid (but using Angstrom) as a
host OS yet and still causes resets on hardware platforms. I am currently
setting up JTAG hardware to debug the resets.

Also, some performance patches are under development for the above, and I
_hope_ they will be available soon.
