In System Settings > Energy Saving

Toggle the "Switch off after" value to 20 minutes, or other desired period of 
time.

In System Settings > Screen Locking

Uncheck the settings to lock screen automatically. Or if you desire something 
more secure, simply increase the "Allow unlocking without password for:" value 
to something much higher than the default 5 seconds.
