I suggest editing the plasmoid out of the Plasma's configuration file.
But it depends on the major version of KDE.

The configuration files for KDE4 are in $HOME/.kde/share/config . The
file you would be editing is plasma-desktop-appletsrc . I do not
remember clearly the directory of the KDE5 configuration, but I do know
it is different from KDE4.

In the file you have sections starting with
[Containments][number1][Applets][number2]([optional]) . All sections
which have the same numbers 1 and 2 describe one plasmoid. Search for
line "plugin=fuzzy-clock". Remove the sections describing this plasmoid
and reload Plasma.
