These panel overlap bugs are pretty bad. It's really hard to get the panel set up in a usable fashion. All in all, I find myself wondering if other people are really using Plasma 5 as a "daily driver" (or is my usage really so different that others aren't hitting these bugs).I'm not using it on Fedora, but rather on openSUSE and Kubuntu as my daily drivers. Works like a charm for quite a few months. I have experienced exactly none of the issues you list. "No desktop on 2nd display" is not an issue because I only use one display. I am running KDE Plasma 5 on Fedora 22, on a Thinkpad X1 Carbon (3rd generation), I am not seeing any major issues, none of the above issues seem to be present on my system. The ONLY issue I'm seeing is a known issue where the wireless takes a long time to connect because of an issue with 5gz connections and the Intel drivers...
