no, i'm still using oS 11.3. with "KDE factory" i'm refering to  
/repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Factory  
(http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Factory/), as  
opposed to /repositories/KDE:/Release:/45  
(http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Release:/45/).
