I've found another cause to the high xorg cpu on Nvidia (turning off blur
solved most of my problems). Amarok goes rogue after a period of time sending
xorg to 50% or more, killing Amarok fixes it immediately. I suspect it's to
do with their plasma display widgets which is a bit hacky and I'm told greatly
improved in the next version. Just another thing to try if your having
intermittent xorg cpu issues.
