Kdm and Ksplash theme generated using wallpaper/icon/plasma theme

Hello,

I created two programs that automatically generate a theme for kdm and ksplash from curent wallpaper, icon theme and plasma theme:

They are not perfect but users seem appreciate them.

I would like integrate this feature in kde. But I have no idea how to do that.

So I turn to you for ideas and advice.
