Userbase is, in a sense, my baby.  I fought long and hard to get interest in 
doing it, and I've contributed about half the pages there.  There's still a 
lot to do, though.  It's a wiki, of course, and I'm hoping that more and more 
KDE users will add a tip for their favourite application. :-)
