On Ubuntu 7.10, suddenly Konqueror and Kontact have begun refusing toopen. Clicking on the appropriate icons or menu items starts thecursors feedback (bouncing icon), however that times out after sometime. Typing konqueror in Konsole hangs:gutsy@gutsy-laptop:~$ konqueror

I CTRL-C'ed it after about five minutes. What gives?
