On a Dell Inspiron 6400, running Ubuntu Gutsy and KDE 3.5.8, Kopetecrashes with this output:
gutsy@gutsy-laptop:~/דותן/לימודים$QMetaObject::findSignal:ClientStream: Conflict withStream::readyRead()Transfer ACCEPTED by: LoginTaskTransfer ACCEPTED by: LoginTaskTransfer ACCEPTED by: ListTaskQGArray::find: Index 0 out of rangeTransfer ACCEPTED by: ListTaskTransfer ACCEPTED by: StatusNotifierTaskTransfer ACCEPTED by: MailNotifierTaskQGArray::find: Index 0 out of rangeQGDict::hashKeyString: Invalid null keyQGDict::hashKeyString: Invalid null keykopete: ERROR: : couldn't create slave : [cannot start protocol]:klauncher [unknown protocol] "".kopete:KCrash: Application 'kopete' crashing...
The text in square brackets [ ] was translated to English. Note thatI've tried erasing the ~/.kde/share/apps/kopete directory, and evenreinstalling Kopete, but neither helped. Kopete did previously work onthis machine. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?___________________________________________________This message is from the kde mailing list.Account management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde.Archives: http://lists.kde.org/.More info: http://www.kde.org/faq.html.
