Thank you, that worked (presently  using kubuntu, but accustomed to the
standard kde way)

I have inserted the line: 
   kpackage:tellico

Those packages complain at the session opening not finding some empty file
(i do not remember exactly) 

Tellico also complains as i am logging out, thus  preventing  session
closing, until the 'cancel' button is manually entered, That is very
annoying.
