No, not really a nice formatted page for playground stuff. See [1] for the 
websvn page, which comes most close to your request.

A reason that this does not exist is that playground is quite fluid, many 
additions (and some removals) happen all the time. And not all of the may 
work or are under heavy development (or waiting for a maintainer).
So it's no point to show these apps to a large public, often they are not 
ready (yet).
