I am using KCharSelect every day and find it very useful, however the reason is that I do'nt have the right keyboard layout (faroese). Even though there is a faroese keyboard layout in linux, this is not the correct one. I presume it is a copy of the islandic keyboard. I am not able to create a faroese keyboard layout myself. I believe building a faroese keyboard layout is a simple task to a skilled person, as it is only one key away from the danish keyboard. The key in question is the one to the right of "å" (unicode U+00E5, decimal: 229) (on a danish keyboard). This key shall be modified to print: "ð" (unicode: U+00F0, decimal: 240) and when shift is pressed simultaniously: "Ð" (unicode: U+00D0, decimal: 208). Hope someone is willing to help me out. Best regards. E. Hellá ___________________________________________________ This message is from the kde mailing list. Account management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde.
