Did a bit of exploring. Right clicked the floppy icon. Saw option to edit. Clicked that option. The URL for the "quick access entry" was "floppy:/mnt/floppy" That format was inconsistent with the format I found for the CDROM quick access entry. Changed the floppy entry to "read /mnt/floppy", and all is well.
