kde 3.4.1 double click behavior change?

Hi All,
Has there been a change in how a mouse double click is interpreted 
between 3.4 and 3.4.1(and 3.4.2)? 
We are using Cadence DFII 5.14 for chip layout, which uses a double 
click to zoom in on a circuit block and display the underlying logic.  
It works in 3.4 but not in 3.4.1 (double click does nothing  when 
clicking on a circuit block).

Any ideas?
