I just tested this on the OS X. The menubar actually says what app it belongs 
to. The firsts menu (not including the universal Apple-menu) has the same 
name as the app itself has. For example, in Safari, the first menu is called 
"Safari". So there's really no way the user could confuse the menus and the 
apps. Unless the user can't read ;).
