i am using gentoo and have kde3.3. I am facing this strange problem with konqueror that whenever i type in some url and enter, a new window of konqueror is initialised but it never opens up and the process id of this konqueror also keeps on changing with time, so when i tried to kill this process using
[code] kill -9 <process id.> [/code]
........the id is already changed to another one....it goes on inceasing....and i am never able to kill it. at one instant it was like this when i did

later on doing ps -x it became...its acting as if a virus attack

so the id's got changed....can someone help me out.
