You should have it in the Control Center under: Appearance & Themes:
GTK Styles & Fonts
If you can't get it to work correctly, I would reinstall it, or if built from source I would update and rebuild.
Ok,
I recompile gtk-qt-engine... for now I can edit settings in control center...
but no change on gtk application... it seems that changes are ignored...
