You should have it in the Control Center under: Appearance & Themes:
GTK Styles & Fonts
If you can't get it to work correctly, I would reinstall it, or if
built from source I would update and rebuild.
I can't see it... what name does that package have??
gtk-qt-engine
is the name in CVS.
