It is a project for OpenOffice.org integration as far as I know.

I use Mandrake 10.1 CE with KDE 3.2.3 and OpenOffice.org 1.1.3 packaged by 
Mandrake, and it is to some good extent integrated.

What do you mean by "integration" by the way?
