How do I do this -- select a position relative to one of the corners of the main window?
Sorry to add to my post but:
IIRC, IE opens the floating toolbar in upper left corner of the view window so perhaps this is just a bug that I need to submit since if the floating toolbar appeared in the same position in the view window rather than positioned relative to the main window, it would be OK.
