Yes, but see what I get:

Mounting CD-ROM
Identifying.. [e0e056.....
Scannig Disc for index files.. Found 1 package indexes and 0 source indexes.
The Disc is called:
 'Debian 3.2.2 Disk 1'   (That's how I named it on a previous try)
Reading packages Indexes... Done
Wrote 266 records with 345 missing files
Alot of entries were discarded, something may be wrong.
Writing new source list
Source list entries for this disk are:
deb cdrom:[Debian 3.2.2 Disk 1]/ /
Repeat this process for the rest of the CDs in your set.

als:~#apt-cdrom add
Using CD-ROM mount point /cdrom/
Umounting CD-ROM
Please insert a Disc in the drive an press enter

Identifying.. [e660da.....
Scannig Disc for index files.. Found 0 package indexes and 0 source indexes.
E: Unable to locate any package files, perhaps this is not a Debian Disc
