Hmm, it wouldn't be the first time that a redhat theme broke kde.  The 
first version of bluecurve was pure poison.  There should be an rc 
file of some sort you can delete that will put it back to the 
defaults but I don't recall its name ATM.  Perhaps someone else can 
supply the path to ti?
