Lock / Logout Reminder

Hi!

At the end of the day when I Logout or Lock Screen (from the K Menu), it
would be great if I could have a message box pop-up with a custom reminder
(e.g. Fill out Timesheet), with the option to continue or cancel the
lock/logout.  Anyone know of a way I can set up something like this?
