Kstart ignores --type parameter

KDE 3.3.0, QT 3.3.3. When I try to start program through kstart with next
command:

kstart --window xpbiff --type dock xpbiff -nobell

I see decorated window (but should be undecorated) and in Advanced->Special
window settings I see "Unknown - should be treat as normal window". When I
have returned kstart from KDE 3.2.3, all goes OK. I think, kstart from KDE
3.3.0 has a bug.
