kde-meta.conf not found

Hi,

I am trying to build a kde3.3 package from freebsd ports.

When the package is being built, it fails because it
cannot find /etc/kde-meta.conf.

Can anyone tell me where this file/folder might be
and what it should contain.

The file/folder was nowhere on my machine.
I have searched google and found nothing of use.

Any help appreciated
