All of my configs are fine. When I have my NumLock on...
Win+Tab action works
Win action (K Menu) doesn't

Both work when I turn off my NumLock.

Does this sound like a bug to anyone else or am I missing something subtle (I 
notice xev has different output for Win keys whether NumLock is on or off)?
