OpenPGP : where is gpg-agent ?

Hi All,

I read manual related to OpenPGP use with Kmail...etc...
see http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html

But unfortunately still unable to find gpg-agent.
So where is gpg-agent ?
