I screwed up my kde menu..plz help

[root <phaedrus_@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I usedthe Menu Updating Tool, and it put all the menu items in the 'Lost 
& Found' menu. I don't know how to reset the menu. I tried the Menu 
Editor, but that did not work.
