I am unable to see any TTFs in the list of fonts when choosing a font for the konsole only fixed fonts. However KDE's Font configurator is able to see all fonts.

As I understand it konsole has support for TTFs so why are they not in the list?

TrueType fonts would be listed under:

Settings -> Font -> Custom

This will list ONLY the fixed width fonts.

Two common fixed width TrueType fonts are:

	Courier New
	Monotype.com
