I have not Idea where KDE is storing this data but you can invert them
"by hand" using xmodmap (a standard xfree tool)

to display the current situation

xmodmap -pp

to change them

xmodmap -e "pointer = 3 2 1"

The changes take effect immediately

to make them permanent create the file .xmodmap in your home and add
pointer = 3 2 1

and add a script to Autostart folder which executes
xmodmap .xmodmap
