Kmail (Delivery&Read Confirmation)

Hi 

I have a problem with Kmail. I enabled the Delivery & Read confirmation in 
configure Kmail ---->Security but this Never worked. I Never received the 
confirmation when I sent e-mails...When I Use Microsoft I usually receive it 
Somebody can help me please
