Target Audience: Educators for grades 4-12
Overview: This in-person workshop at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, will explore how students can use the engineering design process to investigate the role Newton's laws play in rocketry and space exploration. Participants will use concepts and practices from the Next Generation Science Standards to build rocket prototypes and landers as we explore ready-made lessons you can take back to the classroom.
