Resent to trybot https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/8812/ where
fi-bdw-i7-5557u behaved itself this time.

And pushed to dinq.

This may be a candidate for stable, since it will help in reverse PRIME
configurations (where, for instance, nouveau renders to the bo and we
import it for flipping onto scanout).
