Still not yet anywhere near a patch that just applies, and definitely not
generated by git. I've given up and just assembled it from the parts and
adjusted paths manually. But really please check out one of the bazillion
of great tutorials out there which explain in detail how to send a patch
that Just Applies(tm). The opw one is nice:
