Yeah. I agree that having intel_display_power_domain_foo() is better
than intel_display_power_foo_domain().

I guess that's okay-ish? Do we risk clashing (not only lexically, but
semantically as well) with some non-display thing from the rest of the
driver? If not, I would say we shorten them.

I would prefer intel_power_domain_foo() over intel_foo_power_domain()
though, just as suggested for the longer version of the names.
