No. Because of intel_cmtg_requires_modeset(), we only go through this if
we are on a display prior to Xe2_LPD (LNL's display). So, for PTL, a
modeset will not be required.

This is from the BSpec for pre-LNL displays (i.e. pre-Xe2_LPD). The
