We must use INTEL_NUM_PIPES(i915) only for DISPLAY_VER(display) >= 30.
For previous display IPs, the "Active Pipes" field it only 2-bit wide.
If for some reason there is a "4 active pipes" setup, we would end up
writing 0 instead of 3 in that field on MTL or LNL.
