I should've clarified in the patch that this was to resolve a CHECKPATCH error:
-:29: WARNING:MSLEEP: msleep < 20ms can sleep for up to 20ms; see Documentation/timers/timers-howto.rst
But I wasn't sure if we were allowed to talk about such things on the mailing list.
