Next installment of ILK+ watermark prep patches. This set doesn't really achieve much of anything, but the patches are quite small and should not be very controversial. It gets us almost all the way to the big watermark code replacement patch of the original series, and so if we get these in I can focus on chopping up that last monster. I did leave out the "drm/i915: Pass crtc to intel_update_watermarks() and call it in one place during modeset" patch, since Chris rightfully complained that it had two changes in the same patch.
