Both of the instances there are just looking up the offset of the
register (which is the same for both the MCR and non-MCR version of the
register) and aren't doing any CPU reads/writes directly where the
multicast nature of the register would come into play.  So I think it's
okay to keep using the GEN9_ version there to keep things simple.  But
I'll add a note about it to the commit message.
